Brighton Fibre is a small, local team building a community fibre network across Brighton & Hove. We care about tidy work, solving problems, and trying better ways of doing things. You might be a barista, a tree surgeon, a lab tech, or a doctor changing pace. The label matters less than your mindset.

We add people as the network grows. As and when we need more hands, we will be in touch. We operate a profit share scheme at Brighton Fibre, and our values centre on a sustainable pace (working at around 80 to 85 percent of 'perceived capacity' and leaving time to breathe between jobs), care for the built environment, and neat finishes. We plan together every week- and no one works alone.
